Mission Statement

We will provide our company with one of the best delivery service within our industry. Our products will be delivered promptly, safely, courteously, and in excellent condition.

Milton Pipes Limited have a very well established Logistics system.Two local hauliers, who have a trading relationship with us in excess of twenty years each, provide the main stay of our service. We also have an extensive network of tried and trusted regional backload hauliers with local knowledge of your area.
Our Transport Manager Mark Wood, and Despatch co-ordinator Andy Weller, will be happy to answer any questions that you might have about delivery.

Milton deliver most of their products on Articulated vehicles with 12 Metre trailers, but are willing to offer smaller "rigid" vehicles at an extra charge, for use with difficult site access.

Self-Unload Vehicles

It is normally the customer's responsibility to unload his goods, but Milton offer a "Self Unload" facility at extra cost on all types of delivery vehicle. The lifting capacity of these cranes varies with each vehicle, but subject to availability, we can offer this service up to and including our 3000mm ID Chambers. Please consult our Sales department for details.

Customers please note that:

All our "Self-unload" vehicles are larger than those that you normally see used by Merchants. Please ensure that your site/premises are suitable for heavy goods vehicles.

The customer must ensure that there is someone on site to sign the driver's delivery note, and to show the driver where to offload the goods.

Public Weighbridge

Milton have their own Public Weighbridge capable of weighing up to 50 metric tonnes. The weighbridge is open from Monday to Friday, 08.00hrs to 17.00 hrs.
